Derudover spillede SMS-teknologien en vigtig rolle i forhold til corona-kviktest, hvor IT-virksomheden KMD valgte GatewayAPI som leverandør til at facilitere hurtig og effektiv kommunikation om COVID-19 testresultater via SMS.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lad os se nærmere på, hvordan løsningen fungerede samt den værdi den gav for danskerne. \u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n",{"__typename":53,"text":56},"\u003Ch2>\u003Cstrong>Nem og pålidelig kommunikation vedrørende testresultater\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Som samfundet gradvist genåbnede, blev adgangen til tidligere lukkede områder \u003C/span>\u003Ca href=\"https://www.kmd.dk/indsigter/trin-for-trin-mod-et-aabent-Danmark\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mulig igen\u003C/span>\u003C/a>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, herunder restauranter, flyrejser, sportsbegivenheder, zoologiske haver, teatre, biografer, frisørsaloner og fitnesscentre. Adgangen var dog betinget af en nylig negativ coronatest. De borgere der skulle bruge en akut kunne booke en tid online ved et nærliggende kviktestcenter, hvor de typisk ville få et svar inden for en halv time. \u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ved ankomst til teststedet skulle borgerne scanne deres sundhedskort og oplyse deres mobilnummer. Ved første besøg modtog de en bekræftelses-SMS for at sikre, at telefonnummeret var korrekt. Efter testen modtog de en SMS med et link til det sted, hvor testresultatet ville komme frem, ledsaget med en meddelelse om, at resultatet ville være tilgængeligt inden for 15-30 minutter.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ved et negativt resultat, kunne linket i SMS-beskeden til testresultatet anvendes som bevis indtil det endelige resultat var tilgængeligt, hvilket også blev registreret på sundhed.dk og i coronapas-appen.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I tilfælde af en positiv test blev man kontaktet telefonisk på det angivne telefonnummer af en medarbejder, der tilbød vejledning om de næste skridt, herunder opsporing af nære kontakter.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kommunikationen med borgerne, som blot var baseret på et mobilnummer, kunne således håndteres gnidningsfrit via denne metode, og siden \u003C/span>\u003Ca href=\"https://www.dst.dk/Site/Dst/Udgivelser/GetPubFile.aspx?id=49775&sid=itbef2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">94%\u003C/span>\u003C/a>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> af de danske hjem har en mobiltelefon, så var det også en løsning, som langt de fleste kunne få gavn af. \u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n",{"__typename":53,"text":58},"\u003Ch2>\u003Cstrong>Fra henvendelse til færdig løsning på få dage\u003C/strong>\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GatewayAPIs rolle i samarbejdet med KMD var at sikre, at disse vigtige beskeder blev leveret hurtigt og sikkert. På sit højeste punkt blev der sendt over 250.000 SMS’er dagligt, hvilket både krævede en robust infrastruktur og en global rækkevidde, som begge var noget, GatewayAPI kunne tilbyde.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En særlig detalje ved dette projekt var også, hvor hurtigt det blev implementeret. Fra den første henvendelse til at systemet gik live, gik der kun få dage. Det er et bevis på, hvor nemt og hurtigt vores SMS API kan integreres – en nøglefaktor i den hurtige udvikling af løsninger under kritiske situationer.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vores globale dækning havde også en betydning i dette projekt, da en mindre andel af SMS-beskederne skulle leveres til udenlandske telefonnumre, især ved kviktestcenteret ved Kastrup lufthavn.
