Enable mobile users to donate to your charity easily. Set up keywords, e.g. DONATE20, on your own virtual number or on our shared short code (1204). When a mobile user sends an SMS message to the dedicated number with your keyword, a fixed amount is automatically deducted from the user’s mobile account.
Customer support
Enable two-way messaging with a virtual number. This makes it possible for your customers to receive support via SMS messages, which you can handle through your preferred support platform. Set it up via Zendesk or any other support platform out there that supports SMS messaging.
Competitions & polls
Run competitions, polls or a combination of both with keywords on your own virtual number or our shared short code. Enable users to respond to a multiple-choice question via SMS and pick a winner between the contestants.
